Annual Meeting

This year's meeting and dinner starts at 6pm

on the first Tuesday in October.

We will meet in our usual lovely barn!

Dinner: Dues of $30.00 includes dinner.

Reservations will be on a first come first serve

basis by replying to the invitation email.

You should receive the email a few weeks before the meeting.

You may mail in a check or pay at the door.

No shows will be billed at the full dinner price.

In the spirit of expediency, resource and cost savings, a resolution was passed at the Society’s 220th annual meeting in October of 2016 to discontinue notifying members using U.S. Mail. Surface-mail notifications will no longer be made, instead members will be notified by email only.

If a previously submitted email address changes, it is the responsibility of the meber to send, in the same manner as outlined above, a new emailk from the new or revised email address.
