In the spirit of expediency, resource and cost savings, a resolution was passed at the Society’s 220th annual meeting in October of 2016 to discontinue notifying members using U.S. Mail. Surface-mail notifications will no longer be made, instead members will be notified by email only.

Make "RHSADHT Email Notification List" the subject line of the email. No further message need be included, unless the sender has a question or a comment. Your email address will then be added to the list. If a previously submitted e-mail address changes, it is the responsibility of the member to send, in the same manner outlined above, a new e-mail from the new or revised email address.
